My child is 20, so I don't have much claim anymore

Thankfully for me she never ever requested an outfit I disagreed with. Over the years she's been Lilo, Hermione from the Yule Sphere, Christine from Phantom of the Opera, as well as Captain Hook from Once Upon a Time, just among others. I wouldn't have allow her dress in something provocative or offending. Halloween is an excellent way to share yourself in such a way that you wouldn't generally as well as I do not such as to put a lot of limitations on that.

My favorite halloween designs have been what I've seen in front of some houses. I was born upon October 21, 1982 so these memories are of far back to me.

One example was in Chatham, New Jersey back around 1996 in the same town where my paternal grandparents lived (only my grandma was living at the time). The house had a dracula mannequin & maybe some other mannequins out front. It seemed that one or more of them moved like an animatronic & maybe had red glowing eyes. An other example was near where I lived Hanover, Maryland back in the late 1990s. That was cool. It was similar, but it was during the daytime and it looked like they were still.

The amusement park Six Flags over Texas at least in the late 1980s & early 1990s, had a large inflatable King Kong on the side of the observation tower. Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando had interesting decorations last year (2018 ). Alice Cooper's concerts are Halloween-like. I've seen him perform live in person 4 times. My favorite time was the first time that I saw him perform live in person in October 29, 2013 at the Florida Theatre in Jacksonville, FL.

My kids and I went to a house that was done up as a backwoods cabin, with a couple of scarecrows in the front yard. We rang the doorbell and were given some candy but when we turned around Rachel said she thought the scarecrows looked different. Talked to the nice lady some more and turned around again and yes the scarecrows did look different, they had changed position.

Both girls running down the street screaming their heads of with myself and 2 scarecrows running along behind trying to comfort them. Might have been better if the scarecrows had stayed at home.
